Osteopathy, Physiotherapy & Remedial massage

No referral is necessary for Osteopathy or Massage therapy although we do have close relationships with all local GP's and Specialists who do recommend our services and may refer you to us.

We are a registered service provider for Department of Veteran Affairs DVA) and Medicare extended primary care (EPC) where GP referral is necessary.  Contact your GP for eligibility.

Payment methods

Most health insurers include Osteopathy, Physiotherapy & Remedial massage in their ancillary benefits.

We provide HICAPS for direct debit claims for Osteopathy & Physiotherapy. Massage therapy can be claimed directly through your health fund.

Other methods of payment are cash, cheque, EFTPOS, and all major credit cards.

Cancellations policy

Experience has unfortunately shown that we need to define a clear Cancellation Policy. As such, 24 hours notice is required to change or cancel an appointment.

This gives us the opportunity to reallocate your appointment to another patient.

Failure to give 24-hours notice or indeed not turning up at your allotted time, will result in you being charged the full applicable consultancy fee.

However, if your appointment is taken by someone else, you will not be charged.
